At this time, all orders ship from Nashville, TN, only to the US. Orders under 1 pound are shipped USPS First-Class (usually 2-6 day delivery). Orders exceeding 1 pound will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery), or in some cases, UPS Ground or FedEX.

Many items ship within the week, but depending on the size of your order and part availability, please allow 1-2 weeks for your item(s) to ship. If there is ever a functional issue with your product caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, that is not due to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear, it will be repaired or replaced with an identical or similar item, free of charge (excluding shipping costs), or issued a refund/credit at the discretion of Chicago Cable Company. This offer only applies to the original owner, who may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
